The room had an amazing array of 5 beds – perfect for our group! The staff were super friendly and the hotel was very clean. They even provided toiletries, which was a nice touch. The location was so convenient, close to the basilica and shops. A nearby restaurant called Pizzeria Genieve had delicious pasta and pizza dishes at great prices. a fantastic stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting!

The value for money at Hotel Marquette was excellent, with a lovely room and a balcony. The location was perfect, being one of the closest hotels to the sanctuary. The staff were warm, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, even driving me to medical treatment when I was ill.
Breakfast choices could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We had an exceptional experience at Marquette in Lourdes. The owners were incredibly warm and caring, going above and beyond to assist us, including driving me to medical treatment when I fell ill. The atmosphere at the hotel was peaceful and relaxed, and our room with a balcony was lovely. Being one of the closest hotels to the sanctuary was a definite advantage. We have fond memories of our time in Lourdes and would highly recommend Marquette to our friends.

The staff were incredibly warm and caring, even driving me to medical treatment when I fell ill. The peaceful atmosphere and lovely room with a balcony made for a truly relaxing experience. Being close to the sanctuary was a major advantage, and I felt well taken care of by our Blessed Mother and St Bernadette. Exceptional 5 star treatment for a solo traveller like myself.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.

I had requested early check-in and was pleasantly surprised when the hotel confirmed it. However, upon arrival, we were unable to leave our bags and had to carry them around. The shower was cramped, and there was no wardrobe or hanging space for our clothes.
The hotel could benefit from a refurbishment, as our room was outdated and worn. The bathroom was in poor condition, with the sink and toilet not properly secured.
